We are located five minutes off the A30 (Cornwall's main road) and five minutes (by car) from two local beaches, Porthtowan or Portreath. We offer storage on site for surf boards and bicycles. So whether you want to walk, drive or cycle to visit Cornwall we cater for all.

We have eleven properties that are either barn conversions or purpose built holiday accommodation. We can accommodate couple holidays or large family get togethers. Visit our accommodation page to see the properties available.

The coast to coast cycle path (mineral tram way) is easily accessible and is a glorious way to discover the countryside of Cornwall as well as historic mining buildings. We are close to a bike hire business for those of you who like cycling, alternatively you can bring your own, as we have facilities on site to store your bicycles.
